«Because resources such as oil become increasingly scarce there will be more resource wars. About 70 percent of the global oil reserves are located in Muslim countries, including Iran, Iraq, Libya and Saudi Arabia. In North America and Europe influential lobbies have tried to shed a bad light on the Muslim communities and instigated wars to gain access to resources such as oil. This is not a recipe for sustainable development. We must try to solve our problems without violence and maintain and create respect between cultures and religions and switch to renewable energies. I am glad that the SIPER in Switzerland operates and independently researches these very important issues.»
